Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such an outstanding time that they will become a lifelong patron.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
? Maintains a Guest First focus while performing all duties? Welcome and greet all guests and make them feel comfortable as if they are a guest in our own homes.
? Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
? Make specific beverage, appetizer, entr e and dessert recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
? Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
? Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system.
? Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
? Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
? Provide proactive beverage refills? Pre-bus tables between each course.
? Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
? Monitor and observe guests dining experience.
Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
? Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience? Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
? Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
? Bus your section's tables immediately upon guest departure.
? Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members in any way possible as situations arise.
? Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
? Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the management team.
