We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant at our Belmont Corporate Office that will be responsible primarily for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable but also assist with other projects that may arise.
Duties Apply customer payments Review/revise daily open invoice report (credit cards, COD, etc.
) Contact customers to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances via phone and or email Generate customer invoices Process customer and vendor ACH payments Credit Application reference requests and follow up Process expense invoices and assist with expense tracking using Excel File vendor invoices A full job description can be provided upon request Skills and Experiences 1

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
