Job Duties Support AIB and social audits Assure all functional areas of the plant comply with all GMPS, FDA regulations and other practices outlined by federal statutes or other regulatory agencies.
Assist in plant preparation for the audit and various activities during the audit.
Work with plant personnel to develop and implement appropriate action plans for all audit observations.
Maintain and update customer specification documents Maintain the plant HACCP program.
Develop plant procedures and deviation procedures as necessary in support of plant projects, new processes, and new packages.
DEQ Monthly Reports Assistant in staying current with ISO 9001:
2015 and ISO 14001:
2015 Environmental requirements Perform annual training and new hire training Understand MIOSHA requirements and ensure that processes are in place to comply with such requirements Participate in the company's safety committee Key Attributes Communication Skills:
excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships and influence at all levels to deliver program and strategic objectives.
