Summary:
The Technical Support Representative (TSR) specializes in equipment repair, new installations and trouble shooting used and demo devices.
The TSR is also responsible for supporting customers with troubleshooting and maintenance on printers and media devices.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Repairing and trouble shooting devices Must be able to work in a high pressure environment Addressing incoming customer calls for equipment service and/or repair Traveling to customer locations to provide maintenance, installations, and/or repair on the equipment Training customers on the use of their equipment Providing demonstrations on the equipment that Wensco sells Creating quotes and orders for the servicing of the equipment Assisting other TSR's on the Technical Service team with any other issues or customers Job Qualifications include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and independent Good time management skills Being able to network a printer to a computer Solid technical knowledge of the printers and equipment Attention to detail Ability to refurbish used equipment at times Great planning and organizational skills Outstanding problem solving skills Strong aptitude towards sales Dedicated Customer Service skills to both Internal and External customers Robust team collaboration abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask Willingness to travel Job Requirements include:
Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign Ability to lift 50lbs or more on occasion Job Type:
