The candidate should possess good problem solving skills with the ability to work with users and others in the department in determining the root issue of the problem.
Ability to work both alone and as a member of a team in differing situations is a must.
The candidate should desire to learn new technologies and ways to apply those technologies to help facilitate the company's progress.
Experience with the following are a plus but not necessary:
Windows, Linux and Apple operating systems, MS SQL database management, HTML/PHP/JavaScript, Microsoft office applications, and EFI Radius.
Summary This position will be responsible for providing front line support, helping systems' administration, and some database and PHP programming.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Help desk support for MS office applications (mainly word and excel) Support network printers; adding/moving printers, changing toner, troubleshoot printing issues, some basic hardware repair like changing feed rollers, printing queue management Network cabling; punching down ends, troubleshooting issues Network configurations including VLANs Setup of new computers Basic support of cell phones Basic support of desk phones Active Directory and MS Exchange user management Other projects/responsibilities as assigned Education - Experience Associate's degree (A.
A.
) or higher in an Information Systems' field a plus.
Several years of computer work experience a plus.
